Gin Palace
Gin Palace is a self-proclaimed ” lavish basement” and since its opening in 1997 it promptly became “one of Melbourne’s finest and is of course so very aptly named Gin Palace.” They make a mean martini (as well as some pretty spesh cocktails and an extensive wine list) and you can enjoy late night bites in a luxurious dimly-lit setting perfect for getting cosy in a comfy cushioned corner. There are little enclaves to hang out in, or you can bag a soft spot out in the open. Whatever your fancy, there will be a drink (and a spot) for you at the Gin Palace.
